Refund policy
At CYGNARβS, all clothing returns must be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date; after this period, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. For a return to be considered, the product must be strictly unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging suitable for its protection. CYGNARβS reserves the absolute right to inspect each returned item and, consequently, does not guarantee the acceptance of all returns, and may reject those that do not meet the previously established standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Items purchased as part of a promotion, discount, or clearance sale are not eligible for return, nor are any garments that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or that are not in their original condition for reasons not attributable to CYGNARβS. To initiate the process, the customer must first contact us via info@cygnars.com,Β providing proof of purchase and order details; any shipment sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender. Once the product has been received and inspected, CYGNARβS will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their request; if approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the processing times of the financial institutions. Shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. In the event of manufacturing defects or damage directly attributable to CYGNARβS, the customer must notify us within the first 48 hours following delivery, attaching sufficient evidence; in such cases, and upon validation, we may offer a replacement product or the corresponding refund at no additional cost.
